SHIPPING POLICY

Because We Care

K & A Lucent Diamonds ships worldwide, no matter where you are located you are eligible to purchase a order and have it shipped. Please be patient with all orders, all of our orders are made to order which is why the processing time takes between 6-8 business days. It can take up to 2-3 weeks for our team at some moments

 

Expedited and rush orders are always available in special circumstances with additional fees. The cost varies between the time of the year and complexity of your requested jewelry design. 

  • K & A Lucent Diamonds is responsible for any lost shipping. 

  • International orders transit time could be between 3-21 days.

  • All shipment is insured, tracking information will be provided to the customer immediately once shipped.

  • All shipments will require signature upon delivery.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

A Few Short Steps

The return policy starts when you have received your order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days to return it and exchange it. No refunds are offered.

  • Upgraded shipping or expediting fees are non-refundable.

  • Once order has been placed, we do not offer money back refunds or cancellations of orders. 

  • After order has been placed you will not be able to change form of payment. 

  • To initiate a return / exchange process please send us an email with your full name, order number, email and home address. 

Please securely package the items you are returning with regard to protection of the contents.

K & A Lucent Diamonds is not responsible for return shipping labels and handling feels. It is the customers responsibility to choose a reliable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any lost packages in the process of the returned items getting back to us. 

Merchandise must be received in its original condition for exchange or warrant. The return policy, exchange policy and warranty will be voided if any stone has been removed from the items, or any damage. 

All returns and exchanges must include a copy of your invoice along with the jewelry box for the items. 

Exchanges are not eligible for refund.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Our Store Policy

Here at K & A Lucent Diamonds we believe jewelry properly crafted should last forever. If your item is damaged within 30 days from delivery, we will gladly replace. 

Warranty is not insurance. Lost and stolen merchandise will not be replaced. Warranty will be voided if a repair, change, removal of diamond or stone, resizing of ring, or polishing has been done to the item.

Warranty will be voided if any excessive damage has been done.
